- 1 cup soaked basmati rice, 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp each black pepper/cumin/coriander, 3 tbsp hemp seeds, 2 cups water, pinch of salt
- Cook rice with spices in ghee, add hemp seeds before serving

- 1 cup each grated horseradish/ginger/turmeric, 10 garlic cloves, 2 onions chopped, 2 jalapeños chopped, 2 lemons (zest and juice), ¼ cup herbs (rosemary, thyme), apple cider vinegar to cover, ¼ cup raw honey
- Combine ingredients in jar, cover with vinegar, steep 4-6 weeks, strain and add honey
7. Elderberry Syrup
- 1 cup dried elderberries, 1 tbsp each reishi and turkey tail powder, 3 cups water, 1 cinnamon stick, 5 cloves, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1 cup raw honey
- Simmer berries and herbs 45 minutes, strain, add honey when cooled
8. Golden Milk Overnight Oats
- ½ cup rolled oats, ¾ cup plant milk, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ginger, pinch of black pepper, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, toppings: ¼ cup blueberries, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- Mix ingredients, refrigerate overnight, add toppings before eating

- Simmer herbs 10 minutes, strain, add honey and lemon when cooled

- 2 cups walnuts (soaked 2 hours), 2 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, large leafy greens, 1 avocado sliced, 1 cup cherry tomatoes diced, ¼ cup red onion diced, fresh cilantro, lime wedges
- Pulse walnuts with spices, fill greens, top with vegetables
